More than just a counseling facility, T.I.E offers services to survivors of domestic violence that extend beyond the act of being a victim, but focuses on rebuilding the family unit from the inside out. At T.I.E. Resource Centers, our dedicated counselors offer compassionate personal growth consultations to help you recover from the emotional damage you have sustained. In fact, many members of our staff have experienced and survived domestic violence themselves, giving us the hands-on experience we need to relate to your challenges and get your life back on the right track.
At T.I.E. Resource Centers, our mission is to strengthen individuals dealing with the traumatic aftermath of domestic violence and offers positive forward-thinking alternatives.
The grim reality about domestic violence is that many of the women affected by domestic violence dont live to tell their stories; therefore we refer to all of our women at T.I.E. as Survivors instead of victims. We must release the victim mentality so that we are not bounded by the idea that there still exists this stronghold. Regardless of where we are in our healing, to take a triumphant step forward into living a freer and happier life makes you a survivor, and that is the T.I.E. way of healing!
